Sales Project Manager

This is a dynamic entrepreneurial role within the fastest growing market in North America and in this position, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities while cultivating existing relationships within the cannabis community. You will be working within the ancillary cannabis industry which provides you the opportunity for global travel as you build your client portfolio. Your job will be to work closely with market and regional leadership as well as corporate resources as an individual contributor. Essential Functions

  • Prospect, establish, and open new accounts.
  • Grow and cultivate existing relationships and their corresponding revenue streams.

  • Full-scale supply chain planning & territory forecasting.

OVERALL PURPOSE

Account Manager position will manage a portfolio of accounts and are responsible for building strong client relationships, developing account management strategies, coordinating with internal teams to deliver solutions that meet clients’ needs, and identifying opportunities to grow accounts.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

Essential functions of the Associate Sales Manager’s role are as follows:

  • Maintain, develop and create strong client and supplier relationships: domestic and international.
  • Overseeing planning, coordination, and control of each project
  • Work directly with our sales team on account management of product sales cycle for new and existing clients including purchase order, order entry, product delivery, and payment collection.
  • Work directly with our vendors domestically and internationally to ensure orders will be completed in a timely manner, set up 3rd party quality control inspection, and organize freight.
  • Daily correspondence with customers, suppliers, and inner-office team members
  • Oversee the planning, coordination, and cost control of each project.
  • Prepare weekly client reports & dashboards
  • Address and identify customer needs.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 2-3 years of Account Management / Sales Support Experience
  • Proven ability to organize and effectively manage multiple clients with multiple revenue streams while continually developing and managing new clients.
  • A demonstrated ability to proactively provide creative ideas and solutions.
  • Superior verbal and written communication skills. Must be detail oriented.
  • Experience using Microsoft Office Suite. The ideal candidate will have an intermediate skill level in Excel.

The Senior Financial Planning and Analyst will be responsible for short and long-term budgeting and forecasting, variance analysis, and interpretation as well as weekly and monthly reporting of performance and KPI’s metrics.

This position is critical in driving margin and profitability growth by product line, contributor, and customer, identifying risk areas and additional value generation opportunities through data-driven insights.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

  • Report to the COO and support the Executive Management Team with their data/modeling needs.
  • Provide financial and analytical input to the organization, including deep dives into Margin and OPEX analysis.
  • Maintaining/improving existing and identifying new key business drivers, and building foundational, data-driven insights as we grow and scale the business.
